The rules for buying from CoFi Design and being part of the community, in plain English.

Who we are

CoFi Design is operated by CoFi Labs Inc., Toronto, Canada. These terms cover everything we sell: CoFi All-Access, tickets to the Agentic UX Summit and other live events, team seats, and enterprise licenses, along with the CoFi community at members.cofi.so. By buying from us or joining the community, you agree to them.

CoFi All-Access

CoFi All-Access is 12 months of access to our library of on-demand sessions from past AI design and product summits, with searchable transcripts, delivered inside the CoFi community. It is a one-time purchase. It does not renew automatically and we do not charge you again. When your 12 months end your access ends, and you can buy another year if you want it.

Team seats are the same access for each person on the order, at the team price, with a minimum of three seats. Each seat is for one named person.

Access starts once we approve your community request, which we do within a day of purchase, usually much sooner. Approval requires the same email you paid with.

Live events

Summit passes are sold through Eventbrite and are subject to Eventbrite's terms as well as these. A Summit Pass includes live access to the event and recording access for the period stated on the ticket. An All-Access Pass includes the event plus CoFi All-Access for 12 months.

We may change speakers, session times, or the schedule if we need to. If we cancel an event outright we will refund your pass in full.

Enterprise licenses

An Enterprise Site License covers unlimited passes to the named event and company-wide CoFi All-Access for 12 months for one organization, invoiced directly. The organization is responsible for the conduct of the people it admits.

Refunds

CoFi All-Access comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. After 7 days it is non-refundable.

Summit passes are refundable in full up to 24 hours before the event starts. After that they are non-refundable, though you keep the recording access that comes with your pass.

Using the content

Everything you get is for you, or for the named people on a team order. You may not share your login, and you may not record, download, redistribute, or resell sessions, transcripts, or recordings. Taking notes and sharing what you learned with your team is exactly what it is for.

Session content belongs to CoFi Labs Inc. or to the speakers who created it, who license it to us for distribution. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to watch it while your access lasts.

We may remove members who break these rules or behave in ways that harm other members, without a refund.

Community

The CoFi community runs on Circle. Be decent to each other. We can remove posts or members that make the space worse for everyone.

Certificates

A CoFi Design certificate is issued on request when you have finished a track. It confirms attendance, not accreditation.

Liability

We provide educational content. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from it. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. If something goes wrong, email us first. We are a small team and would rather fix it than argue about it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is material we will email you at least 7 days before it takes effect.
