Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
We collect only what we need to run the community, sell you access, and tell you about what is coming next. We do not sell your data.
Who we are
CoFi Design is operated by CoFi Labs Inc., Toronto, Canada. We run the CoFi community, CoFi All-Access, and live events including the Agentic UX Summit. This policy covers cofi.design, agenticuxsummit.com, and the CoFi community at members.cofi.so.
What we collect
When you buy CoFi All-Access, a summit pass, or an enterprise license, we collect your name, email address, and, for team orders, the names and emails of the people you buy seats for. Payment details go straight to Stripe or Eventbrite. We never see or store your card number.
When you join the CoFi community, Circle collects the profile information you choose to share and standard usage data such as what you watch and when you log in. When you register for a live session over Zoom, Zoom collects your name and email to admit you.
On our websites we collect the usual visit data: pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location from your IP address.
How we use it
To deliver what you bought: approving your community access, sending Zoom links and recordings, issuing certificates, and answering support requests.
To tell you about future summits, new sessions, and CoFi All-Access. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time with the link in any message. Transactional email such as receipts and access instructions is sent as long as you have an active purchase.
To measure whether our advertising works. We use the Meta Pixel on our websites, which tells Meta that you visited and lets us show relevant ads to people who did. You can opt out through your Meta ad settings or by using a browser tracker blocker.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Services we rely on
Stripe processes CoFi All-Access payments. Eventbrite sells and processes summit tickets. Circle hosts the CoFi community and the session library. Zoom runs live sessions. Vimeo and Cloudflare deliver video and host our websites. Tally handles our contact and waitlist forms. beehiiv sends our newsletter. Meta provides the advertising pixel. Each of these has its own privacy policy that governs the data it handles.
We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
Our websites use the Meta Pixel and the cookies that come with the services above. The community uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run any advertising network other than Meta.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as your access lasts and for seven years after, which is what Canadian tax law requires. We keep marketing email addresses until you unsubscribe. Community accounts stay until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or California you have additional rights under local law, and we honour them for everyone regardless of where you live.
Security
Connections are encrypted, payment data never touches our systems, and access to personal data inside our team is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
